fantastic downtown experience
central locationhelpful staffcomfortable roomlift situation
I was really grateful for the central location. Everything was so close! the staff were helpful, assisting with directions,. our room was very comfy and tidy, a nice haven after exploring. the shower was excellent. I liked the consistent hot water and good pressure.
I had to carry my luggage a few steps. it wasn't a huge deal, though it might be difficult for others with heavy bags or mobility issues.

The reception operated 24 hours and they were quick to address any questions i had. I am thankful. staff members offered assistance with luggage storage after checkout and provided helpful directions.

the breakfast had a rotation of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit daily. there was a good selection of teas and coffee. the staff asked us to come in batches given the limited space in the dining area, it was efficient.

the hotel's location was very close to major attractions and public transportation. the baixa chiado metro station was about 5 minutes walking. i appreciated its central location, it was very convenient.
