fantastic downtown experience
central location helpful staff comfortable room
I was really grateful for the central location. Everything was so close! the staff were helpful, assisting with directions,. our room was super clean and cozy, a nice haven after exploring. the shower was excellent. I liked the consistent hot water and good pressure.
The lift situation was a small challenge. I had to carry my luggage a few steps. it wasn't a huge deal, though it might be difficult for others with heavy bags or mobility issues.
Service
9/10
The reception operated 24 hours and they were quick to address any questions i had. I am thankful. staff members offered assistance with luggage storage after checkout and provided helpful directions.
Dining
8/10
the breakfast had a rotation of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit daily. there was a good selection of teas and coffee. the staff asked us to come in batches given the limited space in the dining area, it was efficient.
Location
10/10
the hotel's location was very close to major attractions and public transportation. the baixa chiado metro station was about 5 minutes walking. i appreciated its central location, it was very convenient.
Facilities
9/10
the room included a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower and large towels. there was an elevator, though it only stopped on odd numbered floors. rooms feature air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a safe, useful.
